Established on January 9, 2007, it is a civil entity with private legal personality, administrative, financial and patrimonial autonomy, of an organizational, philanthropic, non-profit nature, with an indefinite duration. Its aim is to provide excellent service to public and private administration in the northern region and throughout the national territory. We are an institution dedicated to our clients/partners through the pursuit of solutions and results, while simultaneously focusing on improving our personalized service to meet all needs in the areas of: Assistance, professional, promotional, recreational, sports, and EDUCATIONAL (Public Examinations, Selection Processes, Training and Capacity Building).
